So here is a layout I did for the contest Elsie is having on her webblog. I decided to make the layout for the contest, but it was nice to think back over the past year and really reflect on how I felt I grew in 2007!
~if you can't see the journaling very well this is what it says:
I began to find the true pieces of myself in 2007.
I can ask for help and start to find peace.
Marriage has turned out to be more awesome than I imagined.
Having a college degree does not mean you know what you want to do with your life!
There is ALWAYS room for improvement and 2008 is time for that!

i really like how you cut the photo and inserted the patterned paper squares. i haven't ever been brave enough to cut a photo like that. maybe i'll experiment with that in some of the pages i'm working on!
